If your project surpasses our royalty-free income cap at your time of purchase and you wish to use our products, please submit an inquiry on our contact page and we’ll provide you with more information.

Our royalty-free license does NOT allow for any form of reselling, repackaging, or distribution of our products on music streaming services or elsewhere. As we put our best foot forward in trying to create positive change in the creative software industry, we ask that you do the same and respect the work of the creatives behind our products by not illegally distributing them. We’re aware that we’re placing a lot of trust in our customers, but we believe in you guys—prove us right!

In plain English:

If you/your business makes less than 100 million dollars per year, you’re all good! Use our products in YouTube videos, promotional videos, ads, short films, full length movies, and whatever else you’d like. If your business goes on to make over 100 million dollars per year AFTER your date of purchase, that’s also fine!

We just ask that you refrain from sharing our files with anyone else—each individual user/business that makes use of our products needs to purchase their own copy, which will entitle them to their own royalty-free license.
